Niche was born out of the trenches of real estate investing. Our founder, Michael Franke, was a schoolteacher who almost lost his home to foreclosure. That painful experience lit a fire: he became obsessed with understanding foreclosures inside and out. What started as survival turned into mastery, completing over 900 foreclosure deals.

Seeing the Gap
Through years of work, one truth became clear: most investors lose because they chase surface-level leads. The real opportunities hide in "niche lists" such as pre-foreclosures, probate, tax delinquent, eviction, divorce, and surplus funds. Yet no system existed to bring these lists together, skip-trace them, automate outreach, and train investors to actually close motivated sellers.
The Partnership
Michael had the vision and experience, but building an entire ecosystem required deep technical expertise. Through a mutual connection in a shared mastermind, he was introduced to Rashad Salimov, a gifted builder and innovator.
